After you receive your eSIM product please make sure that you have completed all the steps from our quick guide instructions: Quick Guide: 1. Make sure you have a good WiFi connection, preferably not a satellite connection (found on ships or airplanes) nor free WiFis (like cafes or airports), as these might not work. 2. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM / Add Cellular plan. 3. Scan the eSIM with your phone’s camera to install it. 4. Find the newly installed eSIM on the list and assign it as the main/primary for cellular data. You might want to deactivate other SIMs/plans, to make sure you avoid charges from data roaming feature. 5. ENABLE data roaming for the newly installed eSIM. 6. Restart your device. During step 3, if you are unable to scan the QR code you can alternatively insert the manual input installation details that we will include in our product email.
