We will not take responsibility or refund cases of customers having incompatible devices. == After you receive your eSIM product please make sure that you have completed all the steps from our quick guide instructions: Quick Guide: 1. Make sure you have a good WiFi connection, preferably not a satellite connection (found on ships or airplanes) nor free WiFis (like cafes or airports), as these might not work. 2. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM / Add Cellular plan. 3. Scan the eSIM with your phone’s camera to install it. 4. Find the newly installed eSIM on the list and assign it as the main/primary for cellular data. You might want to deactivate other SIMs/plans, to make sure you avoid charges from the data roaming feature. 5. ENABLE data roaming for the newly installed eSIM. 6. Restart your device.
